Hearts

Just a note regarding the previous "Hearts" post. I was inspired by another watercolor artist to experiment a bit with color and texture to create the valentine hearts. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did painting them.

Saving a painting...

This was a piece of watercolor paper that I messed up, so I tried to save it by doing a simple sketch from memory.

This painting was done a few years back in an attempt to loosen up much of my work is a bit too tight.
